East Coast Cured & Great Grog are joining forces once again for a summer evening of wine, charcuterie and chat in the beautiful surroundings of Bowhouse.
Steven from East Coast Cured will share the challenges and intricacies of making his hobby a family business and Great Grog’s Clare will pair a selection of his charcuterie meats with complimentary wines. She will also discuss how to construct a good pairing.
