Mindful Art workshops are focused on providing ‘breathing space’ by practicing mindfulness in art. Creative or not, come along and learn some fun fluid art techniques, whilst also finding some ‘calm.’
You will be guided through some basic fluid art techniques, and learn how to practice mindfullness. All participants will create their own fluid art paintings – all materials are provided. No experience required, only enthusiasm!
The class will run for approximately 2.5 hours and includes refreshments.
Please wear old clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on – this can be messy!
