Join Angrykulture for a workshop focused on fermenting vegetables to preserve them with added gut health benefits. You will learn how to make your own kimchi, the Korean superstar of fermented foods, which you will then take home in a special Kilner jar that you can use for all your future fermentation experiments.
The workshop will take place between 12:00-15:00 at the Courtyard Classroom at Bowhouse.
Price includes a welcome beverage, kimchi tasting, ingredients, fermentation class, specialist Kilner fermentation jar, your own kimchi to take home and a recipe so you can make more at home.
Due to the nature of the process it is suggested to wear dark clothes you don’t mind getting slightly dirty and something to tie long hair.
