10am – 4pm, free entry
Theme: Orchards
Our October market weekend will be held on the 14th & 15th of October and will feature an array of Scottish food and drink traders.
COOKING DEMOS // CHRISTOPHER TROTTER 

  • Saturday 14th October at 12 noon – Butchery at Bowhouse Pork dish with an orchard inspired sauce
  • Sunday 15th October at 12 noon – Apple/Plum Tarte Tatin

APPLE PRESSING 
Bring your windfall apples along to Bowhouse to be pressed for juice. Please ensure they are washed beforehand. We will have some spare apples available to buy at the market weekend- all proceeds will be donated to Kellie Castle Gardens. Please bring your own bottles or containers where possible.

If you have a bumper crop of apples, we will be offering an additional pressing session on Friday 13th October between 10am and 4pm. Get in touch with us via email market@bowhousefife.com if you have any questions.
