In this hands-on workshop you will mix up and bake sourdough pizzas using nutritious Scotland the Bread flour and topped with delicious seasonal vegetables from East Neuk Market Garden.
You will cover the basics of breadmaking with a brief introduction to sourdough, as well as sharing what makes Scotland The Bread flour so special. There will be a tour of the flour mill before the chance to enjoy freshly baked pizzas altogether in the courtyard.
Along with the recipe you will take away some dough to ferment and bake at home, so that you can immediately impress family and friends with your new skills!
